You fill out a questionnaire that helps us suss out your needs and deliverables, locations and backgrounds, etc. Then we'll likely have a quick phone chat to go over any questions, and then we'll send you a quote.
Once you have approved our quote and the brief, the wheels will start to turn.
The first order of business is to collaborate on creating a Creative Brief to guide our work with photographers and subjects, to ensure consistency and a friction-free experience.
We will then set up matches between your local teams and our headshot photographers. They will directly confer on a day for the shoot and, if there are multiple subjects per location, we will set up a signup portal for their local shoot.
We will send you and your subjects useful FAQs and videos for what to expect, what to do, what not to wear, etc.
We will review the Creative Brief with all the contracted photographers, to make sure everyone is on the same page.
On the days of the sessions, our photographers run a smooth, efficient operation.
Generally, for larger shoot days we allow 5 minutes per person, which is plenty for everyone to get multiple great shots to choose from. This also includes time for a bit of individualized coaching to make everyone look their best.
Each subject will choose their selected image for delivery (sometimes this will be immediate, sometimes within 24 hours), or, if you prefer, those choices can be made by you centrally.
When all images are ready (retouched if required), individuals can easily download them from their private galleries, and the firm will have one click access to download all team member images, each one conveniently named for the subject.
The pricing for Team Headshots is always a custom quote, because we need to make sure there are no surprises and all the bases are covered. And with multiple locations and multiple photographers, there can often be a lot of variables to consider.
